Primary Responsibilities:

  • Creating work orders, scheduling appointments, and coordinating workflow with technicians
  • Providing accurate quotes and clearly explaining recommended services and products
  • Building trust with customers through strong communication and follow-up
  • Recommending tires, wheels, and mechanical services based on customer needs
  • Processing sales transactions and maintaining accurate customer records
  • Supporting inventory and administrative processes
  • Maintaining showroom standards and promotional displays
  • Participating in safety initiatives and ongoing training programs

 

What does it take to get on track?

  • Previous experience in the automotive, tire, or service industry is strongly preferred
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven ability to provide professional customer service and build customer relationships
  • Confidence in explaining products, services, and recommendations to customers
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of passenger, light truck, and specialty tires and mechanical services is an asset
  • Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and team-oriented mindset
