Your duties will include:
- Research, initiate, and implement sales strategies to grow commercial tire business
- Completing necessary follow up with customers, and continually updating customer requirements, purchases and buying levels.
- Provide alternative product if requested product is not available in an acceptable time frame.
- Accepts sales request during sales calls and via telephone, fax, mail, etc.
- Ensure customer is satisfied with the final sale, explain receipt, obtain signature.
- Ensure every client/customer requests are processed in a timely manner to maintain a client base, ensuring the best service is provided to our client/customer
- Provide after service follow-up with all customers
- Handle client/customer complaints
- Perform fleet inspections as required
- Work with the inside sales team to answer phones, deliver customers, product etc.
What does it take to get on track?
- 3+ years of work experience in Sales and Service in Tire Industry or related Industrial experience.
- Experience in the automotive or tire industry is an asset
- Excellent driving record.
- Valid Drivers License, with a satisfactory Drivers Abstract from province of residence.
- Offer self-motivation, self-initiative and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Must participate in continuing education to upgrade knowledge in order to carry out responsibilities/duties.
- Ability to lift 25 kilograms
- Being customer focused
- Must be willing to work flexible hours
