Install, balance, and rotate passenger, light truck, medium truck and commercial tires and wheels Complete and maintain a variety of safety courses including Whimis, TIA, Rim Safety course, and Customer Experience Standards The responsibility to keep yourself and your coworkers safe Maintain tire service equipment on a regularly scheduled basis Complete specialty tire work, which could include studding, retread, run flat, nitrogen, etc. Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts Pride in the work you've done keeping your customers safe and on the road, site or field! Working conditions:
A team environment where hard work, concise communication and clear heads are rewarded Physically demanding role with consistent, hard work all day Consistent lifting of weights of approximately 55lbs is required This work can unpredictable, physical, wet, cold, windy etc and we need someone who will be up for the challenge This role requires nearly constant standing, crouching or kneeling Qualifications:
We are looking for someone with previous commercial tire experience, at least 1 year preferred A valid driver's license is a must. We also need to see that you are responsible on the road by providing a satisfactory driver's abstract After hours and weekend availability - field service is 50% of all labour.
